Not at this time. Our home-smoked cheese is exclusively available as part of our charcuterie boxes and catering offerings.

A variety of meats and cheese, featuring our hand-smoked cheeses, accompanied by seasonal fruits, vegetables, dips, jams, honey, olives, and nuts. Crackers come on the side. Gluten-free crackers available upon request.

We offer gluten free, dairy free, vegan, pork free, vegetarian & low lactose options so your guests can enjoy as well.

For those with nut allergies, especially tree nut allergies.... we can create your board without nuts, but all products are created in a kitchen where nuts may be in contact.

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for a charcuterie box or board, and 72 hours for orders with dietary restrictions.

For larger catered events, we suggest contacting us directly to ensure that bookings are open.

Set up is included in the price.

We do not stay onsite to clean up but will arrange pick up of catering items after the event is complete, which is included in your delivery fee.

Our boards are made fresh and best enjoyed within 24 hours. Fresh fruit adds moisture, which may soften some items like nuts or chocolate. Crackers are always packed on the side to keep them crisp.

Yes. At this time we only delivery within the town of Kitimat. Fees are subject to change. Contact us for more information if you have any questions or concerns.
