By placing an order with Sweet Cheezuz, you agree to the following terms and policies:

Cancellations & Refunds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order.

• Cancel 7 or more days before your event: 50% refund or full credit
• Cancel 2–6 days before: full credit only (no refund)
• Cancel within 48 hours: no refund or credit

Delivery & Pickup

All orders are prepared fresh. Delivery or pickup time will be arranged in advance. Please arrive on time, as we cannot guarantee food quality if pickup is delayed. Once your order is picked up or delivered, it is your responsibility to store and serve it appropriately.

Food Handling & Allergies

All products are made in a home kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our offerings are free from common allergens such as dairy, nuts, or gluten. We recommend consuming all items within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Photos & Marketing

We may photograph your order for promotional purposes. If you’d prefer that we don’t, just let us know when you order—we respect your privacy.

Packaging & Jar Returns

We offer credit through our Jar Swap Program when clean jars with rings are returned. Other packaging, such as disposable boards and boxes, is single-use unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Sweet Cheezuz is not responsible for any spoilage, illness, or allergic reactions that occur after delivery or pickup. Please follow all handling and storage recommendations carefully.
