Our artisan cheese is the cornerstone of our charcuterie boxes and grazing boards. It is carefully smoked in a dedicated cheese-only smoker and holds a beautiful smokiness that you won't soon forget.
In addition to our home-smoked cheese, our charcuterie services also include confectionery spreads, jams, pickles, and our signature hot pepper jelly. We believe in assembling quality ingredients to create the perfect charcuterie presentation and experience just for you.
When Rhea isn't creating, she enjoys life in Kitimat with her husband, Darcy, and her little dog, Puddin.
A friend introduced us to the decadence of home-smoked cheese over a decade ago, explaining the process to get that smoky goodness. Over the years, we have developed our own tried and true method, experimenting with wood types, aging times, and techniques. After years of refining, we’ve landed on a style of our own with a product that’s bold, creamy, and unmistakably ours. We smoke all kinds of cheese, but our signature cheese is imported Kroons Gouda (from Holland). It's a beautiful, smooth-textured cheese that complements well with many foods.

Our handcrafted artisan preserves are the backbone of every Sweet Cheezuz box. Staples like our Hot Pepper Jelly and smoked Tomato Salsa have earned a permanent spot on countless charcuterie boards and grazing tables.
Beyond the classics, we’re always stirring up something new: blueberry jam, fig & apple jam, watermelon jelly, pineapple habanero jelly, and that’s just the start. Every jar is made in small batches with peak-season ingredients. We take no shortcuts and put love into everything we create.
For those who love the unexpected, you’ll also find pickled asparagus, pickled beans, and even rare pickled fiddleheads, along with indulgent creations like maple whiskey pear butter and mango chutney.
With Sweet Cheezuz preserves, every bite becomes a talking point, and you’ll always have something delicious to share.
